The COVID-19 crisis has drastically changed which products and services are being bought and how they are being purchased. MicroTech is contributing to the pandemic response by forming strategic partnerships with some of its medical supply partners to provide products, services, and solutions, as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) and COVID-19 testing kits to aid in fighting the coronavirus.

Department of Veterans Affairs
MicroTech provided software engineering, development, programming, licensing, assurance, updates, version and maintenance upgrades, and 24×7 technical support in a multi-application MS-based environment for desktops and mobile devices in more than 1,200 health care facilities including 168 VA Medical Centers and 1,053 outpatient sites of varying complexity (e.g., Veterans Health Administration [VHA] outpatient clinics), serving more than 8.9 million veterans each year.
These services extended to 334,000 desktops and 20,000 mobile devices. This was the largest Non-indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract ever awarded to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) upon its award in 2012.
