Sweeney has over two decades of technology sales experience with the last ten spent primarily supporting Department of Defense agencies. His government solutions experience includes an impressive record with AT&T, Level 3 Communications, and Bell Atlantic/Verizon where he oversaw business development and account management. Milne brings over 25 years’ experience in providing technical solutions to federal civilian agencies in various roles to include capture management, sales, and business development.
