Tim McManus, Vice President of Cyber, Technology, Operations and Strategic Innovation
Tim McManus serves as MicroTech’s Vice President of Cyber, Technology, Operations and Strategic Innovation, where he provides executive leadership across the company’s services organization, internal technology operations, cybersecurity compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, Tim helps drive MicroTech’s long-term technology vision while ensuring operational excellence, customer success, and the delivery of innovative solutions to Federal customers.
Over the course of his career, Tim has progressed through increasingly senior technical and leadership roles, building extensive experience in network engineering, project and program management, IT modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise operations. Since joining MicroTech in 2014, he has led complex Department of Defense and Federal IT initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar programs, supported business development through technical solutioning and proposal strategy, and successfully guided enterprise technology transformations.
In his current role, Tim oversees MicroTech’s internal IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance programs, including CMMC and ISO initiatives, while also helping to lead the company’s services-related business operations. He partners with organizational leadership to develop operational strategies, optimize service delivery, modernize enterprise technologies, and ensure the company maintains a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment. His responsibilities also include driving strategic innovation through emerging technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, and cloud-based solutions that strengthen both internal operations and customer offerings.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and experienced technology executive, Tim is recognized for his ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution. His collaborative leadership style, deep understanding of Federal IT environments, and commitment to operational excellence enable MicroTech to deliver innovative, secure, and mission-focused solutions while positioning the company for continued growth in an evolving technology landscape.
