Jennifer Berman, Vice President of Executive Operations & Administration
Jennifer Berman has been part of the MicroTech team since 2008, reporting directly to the CEO. She is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a background that blends Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Human Resources, and Executive Operations. Jennifer plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand, shaping its culture, and helping to build strong, high-performing teams.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Executive Operations and Administration at MicroTech, Jennifer oversees a broad portfolio that includes employer branding, recruitment strategy, internal communications, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and office management operations. Known for aligning business goals with people strategies, Jennifer oversees recruiting operations and staff management initiatives that help attract top talent, retain key performers, and foster inclusive, high-performing work environments. In Marketing, Jennifer leverages data-driven insights and creative storytelling to amplify brand identity, generate leads, and enhance customer loyalty.
On the HR front, she leads initiatives in performance management, benefits optimization, and leadership development, always with a focus on aligning practices with company values. In this role, she also manages both the Virginia office and the company’s headquarters in Florida, overseeing daily office operations, supporting executive leadership, and managing personnel and administrative functions to ensure organizational efficiency and continuity across locations.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
