Donald Foley, PhD, the former Chief Technology Officer and Research and Intelligence Group President of the Fortune 500® company, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), requested an informal visit of MicroTech’s Innovations and Integrators Center (I2C) this afternoon.

When Senior VP of Federal Sector-Defense Group, Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), Austin Yerks, returned from the MicroTech I2C tour last week, he was so impressed that he recommended Foley visit the center as well.  Yerks sits on the DBT-DATA’s Board of Advisors with Dr. Foley.

What about MicroTech’s I2C left such an impression on Yerks? It may have been the Leading Technology Integrator’s solutions focusing on Cloud Computing, Data Center Optimization, and Unified Communications & Collaboration with their down to earth business sense offering clients to “try before they buy.”

As Dr. Foley visited the facility, he witnessed the Emerging Technology Center (ETC), the MicroDataCenter (MDC), and the Test Evaluation and Integration Lab (TE&I) in action. He was particularly impressed with the MicroKloud and MicroPodd solutions.
