MicroTech Celebrates Twelfth Year Anniversary

From a kitchen table to the Inc. 500 Hall of Fame – MicroTech, a leading services provider and technology integrator, is celebrating its twelfth year anniversary last week.  Since its launch, the technology company has experienced astounding growth and along the way earned an impressive array of industry recognition as an award winning business.

MicroTech was launched by its President and CEO Tony Jimenez from his kitchen table in 2004. His original entrepreneurial business goal was to build a world class IT company, focusing on an underserved Federal contracting niche, and offering opportunities to other veterans in the workforce and Hispanics in business, like himself.

“MicroTech’s extraordinary success is due in large part to our benchmark business processes built on experience, our quality adoption of CMMI practices, and most importantly, our team of talented, dedicated professionals,” said Jimenez. “We are committed to continuing to discover more business opportunities and develop additional innovative capabilities to meet our clients’ needs.”

In addition to recent contract awards and organizational recognitions, MicroTech is committing itself to excellence in process and security by pursuing ISO 27001 certification as well as CMMI Level 3 in 2016.
