MicroTech (www.Microtech.net) is one of the most highly-regarded and fastest growing network and IT enterprise management providers in the U.S. MicroTech offers Information Technology Systems and Services, Strategic Solutions, Audio-Visual Telecommunications Design and Installation, Product Solutions, and Consulting Services primarily to the Federal government and city, state, and local agencies – managing over 400,000 users daily.
MicroTech has supported Koscheck and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) at other recent UFC events. “We sponsored Josh last year in UFC fights in Las Vegas, Chicago, and near Fort Bragg in North Carolina,” said Tony Jimenez, President and CEO of MicroTech. “It’s a real honor to represent MicroTech in Josh’s corner of the Octagon and play a small part in Saturday night’s UFC event in London.”
Koscheck is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter from Fresno, Calif., and boasts a 14-3 professional record, and is ranked among the top ten welterweights in the world. His last bout featured a brutal knockout of Yoshiyuki Yoshida at a UFC charity event in Fayetteville, NC, in December.
MicroTech was a sponsor of the UFC “Fight for the Troops” event in Fayetteville for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, and helped raise more than $4 million dollars in support of the families of military personnel lost in service to our nation, and for severely wounded military personnel and veterans.
As a retired military officer, highly-decorated combat veteran, and a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion, Tony Jimenez has always made it a passionate goal of supporting Veteran causes. His many industry accolades, like being named Veteran Business Journal’s “Vetrepreneur (Veteran Entrepreneur) of the Year,” can attest to his commitment to the Veterans community.
Koscheck is returning to Spike TV after receiving his professional MMA start on season one of the Ultimate Fighter series on the cable network. Koscheck’s reputation of not backing down from almost any Octagon challenge has led to an increasingly growing fan base in the sport.
