The Missile Defense Agency needed to support agency communications across 17 time zones. The agency decided on an electronic collaboration and information-management system featuring interactive video, Web 2.0 technologies, and voice and video over IP. A videoconferencing infrastructure provided by MicroTech supports face-to-face communication between any two people in the agency. Responsibilities include classified Video Teleconferencing systems engineering, technical operations, scheduling, and training support and maintenance at seven secure military installations in the U.S.
